If you want to book self drive boat hire, you will need a valid Australian boat license and have the relevant experience to navigate Sydney Harbour. For those that don’t we will be able to provide a captain to take you where you’d like to go.

You are welcome to cancel the hire up until 48 hours prior to your booking for any reason and will receive a full refund (minus and booking and credit card fees.)

If the weather is forecasted to be over 20-25knots we are not able to send you out. We will provide the option of rescheduling the hire, (subject to availability) or provide a refund (minus booking and credit card fees). We will base this from the weather report the day prior to your booking.

Yes, the boat has a private toilet cubicle with hand wash basin. You can read more about our equipment here.

Absolutely, pack your favourite food and drinks.

Pack your camera, hat, sunglasses, sun screen, snacks, drinks and sense of adventure! Children under 12 are required to wear a life jacket, we supply these also.

We want everyone to have the best time possible and we welcome people of all ages. It is a very stable boat however they must enough mobility to be able to hop on and off the boat from the dock.

It is unfortunately not permitted at this time. Being a luxury cruiser we’d like to keep clean and safe for all to enjoy. Smelly bait and the odd hook that goes missing may be hazardous for the next person.

Fuel is not included. We will give you a full tank of fuel to depart then on arrival back at the fuel wharf at the end of the hire we will fill the tank back up and you can pay for what was used during the day.

You are able to travel throughout most of Sydney Harbour as you wish. You will have to stay inside the harbour staying within the boundary line between south head and Cannae point. Maps are provided to you on the day.

Yes, you must book in advance, preferably with a minimum 48hr notice. We do not accept walk-in bookings as we do not have a physical office, and need sufficient time to get the boat ready for hire.

Yes, based on availability we have an inflateable paddle board, 3m x 3m inflatable dock and electric pump all of which can be hired as well. These need to be pre-booked so please let us know at the time of booking.

Sydney Harbour boat hire prices can vary depending on what you're looking for. Basic charters start around $400 per hour, but for a luxurious superyacht experience, that price tag can be up to $4000 per hour. Keep in mind that during peak season, many boats have a minimum rental times or 4 hours and up. Our skippered hire costs $250 per hour (minimum 4 hours). Self-Drive costs $950 for the day (fuel not included).
